The Marsh reward scheme is intended to recognise and reward people who have excelled. It is done on an ad hoc basis, in response to nominations from staff/clients in recognition of their achievements.
Well Being Calendar
We have also recently introduced a well-being calendar into the business for our employees. Each month has a different focus and provides everyone with support, information and encouragement on that particular subject. Our campaigns include: drink awareness, healthy eating, quit smoking, drink more water and keep fit.
Marsh contributes to individual and team efforts to raise money for charities and good causes in accordance with the company fundraising policy.
